Summer Camp

The experience
Campers will get up close and personal with all of the sights, sounds, and smells of a working farm. Alongside their peers, campers will : learn about and care for our many farm animals; interact with nature; try their hand at gardening; explore their creativity through arts and crafts; and develop sportsmanship through friendly team competitions.
Hunter Farm Summer camp is a fully outdoor, screen-free camp experience designed to reconnect kids with the outdoors.
Camp is offered to kids age 3-12. Campers are grouped by age to ensure they are appropriately challenged and engaged.
All camp sessions are Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm. Please note : the concentration listed at each week is for the 11-12 year olds only.
The 11-12 year old team will have an advanced curriculum on rotating topics. Themes for each week are listed by the dates. Subject matter experts will lead related activities for an even richer experience.
To ensure proper supervision and maximum hands-on participation by campers, we keep our camp sizes small. Therefore, we have a very limited number of slots available.

Week 2 : June 17 - 21 (theme: Equine Care)
Week 3 : June 24 - 28 (theme: Wood Working)
Week 4 : July 1 - 5 (theme: Art by Nature)
Week 5 : July 8 - 12 (theme: Baking and Jamming)
Week 6 : July 15 - 19 (theme: All Food Comes from the Farm : raising pastured meat)
Week 7 : July 29 - Aug 2 (theme: Woodworking)
Week 8 : Aug 5 - 9 (theme: Equine Care)
Week 9 : Aug 12- 16 (theme: Textiles & Sewing Basics)
